Whether it be new construction or a lovingly restored older home, when you buy a house designed by Royce Homes, you can be assured we have taken the time, resources and effort to select high end items that any homeowner would purchase themselves. Our motto is to make homes that we ourselves would be proud to live in and show to our family and friends.
We differentiate ourselves from other remodelers and builders in that every finish that is used in our homes is hand selected for that particular house. We don't mainstream the process and every home is extremely unique while also having exceeding quality. From your light fixtures, to the faucets to your kitchen cabinet handles, we make sure each item is beautiful, of great quality and suitable for that home. We also have a commitment to the environment and whenever possible use green and/or energy efficient products. We choose to deliver products that will stand the test of time. We relish the idea that someday someone will enjoy our homes as much as we enjoyed creating them.
